Background
I started building software professionally in late 2019 and have worked fully remotely ever since, both on product teams and as an independent developer for small and medium-sized businesses.
Along the way I've built fintech and payments products, AI-powered messaging tools, Web3 platforms, consumer mobile apps for iOS and Android, and more than 50 business websites and apps. I've led frontend teams, owned technical direction for small companies, run code reviews, mentored engineering interns, and moved large codebases from Angular to React and Next.js.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, and I work remotely from Islamabad, Pakistan.
Right now I'm building Qaari.net, a directory of verified Quran teachers, and publishing open-source Agent Skills for AI coding tools. I'm also taking on selected client projects and am open to remote engineering roles.
